Delete your account & data
Teoriva — ESNJ Digital Ltd
You can permanently delete your Teoriva account and all of your data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Open Teoriva.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.
This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data — it cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete your account and data for you:
Please send your request from the email address associated with your account, or include enough detail for us to identify it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (Google / Apple).
- Your learning progress — completed lessons, experience points (XP), skill levels, streaks and daily goals.
- All associated data stored in our systems.
We delete this data promptly on request. We may retain a limited amount of information only where we are required to by law. Anonymous, non-identifying usage statistics that are not linked to you are not affected.
Using Teoriva without an account
If you use Teoriva as a guest (without signing in), your progress is stored only on your device — we hold no account for you. To remove that data, uninstall the app, or use Settings → Reset progress.
